The invention provides a karst bridge pile foundation construction method which comprises a karst pile foundation drilling step and specifically comprises the following steps: (1) covering layer drilling: adopting clay slurry wall protection and small-stroke drilling of a plain fill stratum; when entering and penetrating through a silty clay layer, drilling by adopting clay slurry wall protection and small stroke; when a sand layer with the thickness smaller than 2m is drilled, drilling is performed by adopting a cement slurry retaining wall and a small stroke; when a sludge layer with the thickness smaller than 2 m is drilled, 1: 1 rubble clay is adopted for backfilling treatment; (2) rock stratum drilling is conducted, specifically, in a closed karst cave or a communicated karst cave with the height larger than 3 m, a steel casing is adopted to follow up; according to the method, karst pile foundation construction is conducted on the karst basin, and the occurrence probability of inclined holes, drill burying, drill jamming, drill falling and collapse of the karst pile foundation can be greatly reduced.
