Karst bridge pile foundation construction technology
The invention provides a karst bridge pile foundation construction process, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction processes. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) for an approach bridge pile foundation, the pile bottom karst cave condition is ascertained in an advanced drilling mode before construction; for a main bridge pile foundation, the pile bottom karst cave condition is ascertained in a one-pile multi-hole and tube wave detection mode; (2) the bearing platform of the main bridge pile foundation with the underlying karst cave is subjected to grouting pretreatment in advance; (3) the karst caves in the construction site are classified according to the size, the forming reason, the filling state, the slurry leakage condition and the vertical number; and (4) different pile foundation construction methods are adopted according to the classification result of the karst cave, whether the covering layer has an easy-to-collapse soil layer or not and whether the karst cave is adjacent to the building or not. According to the invention, the karst cave bridge pile foundation is constructed as simply as possible, and is more stable and easier to construct.
本发明提供了一种岩溶桥梁桩基施工工艺,属于桥梁施工工艺技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:1)对于引桥桩基,在施工前采用超前钻方式探明桩底溶洞情况;对于主桥桩基,采用一桩多孔外加管波探测的方式探明桩底溶洞情况;2)对于探明下伏有溶洞的主桥桩基的承台进行提前注浆预处理;3)根据大小及形成原因、填充状态、漏浆情况和垂向个数对施工地溶洞进行分类;4)根据溶洞的分类结果、覆盖层是否存在易塌土层及溶洞是否紧邻建构筑物,采用不同的桩基施工方法。本发明使得溶洞桥梁桩基在施工在尽可能简单的同时实现了更稳固,施工更容易。
