In the invention, after the precast concrete beam is constructed, the extension beam and the precast concrete beam are subjected to pressure relief support through the anti-seismic device and the refined steel plate, and when the precast concrete beam and the extension beam vibrate and apply force to the refined steel plate, the refined steel plate transmits the force into the anti-seismic device, so that the slide rail key slightly slides in the pressure applying rail; and the pressure is gradually released by the disc springs, so that the anti-seismic performance of the precast concrete beam and the extension beam is improved, the connecting piece is effectively prevented from cracking due to too large vibration stress, and safety and reliability are achieved.
