The invention relates to a steel-concrete combined beam-column anti-seismic connection structure. The structure involves a beam, connecting pieces are arranged at the left end and the right end of thebeam correspondingly, and columns are arranged in the connecting pieces; the beam comprises I-shaped steel, a first protection frame and a second protection frame, wherein the first protection frameand the second protection frame are inserted into the front face and the rear face of the I-shaped steel respectively; the first protection frame comprises a first side plate, a first connecting plateand a plurality of first reinforcing plates; the second protection frame comprises a second side plate, a second connecting plate and a plurality of second reinforcing plates; and the upper ends of the first side plate and the second side plate all incline outwards, and the lower ends of the first side plate and the second side plate are connected with the outer side of a lower wing plate of theI-shaped steel. According to the structure, the I-shaped steel, the first protection frame and the second protection frame are connected in a mortise-tenon mode to form an inverted trapezoidal structural body, and the beam and the columns are connected in a mortise-tenon mode through the connecting pieces, so that the problem that in the prior art, a beam-column connection structure is prone to bending, deforming and cracking when encountering strong earthquakes is solved.
