The invention relates to a building anti-seismic device which comprises a truss with a placing groove formed in the surface, second mounting frames mounted on the two sides of the truss and first mounting frames mounted in clamping grooves in the tops of the second mounting frames in an inserted mode, and first mounting plates are fixedly arranged on the sides, away from the second mounting frames, of the first mounting frames. The reinforcing assembly is mounted in the first mounting frame; by arranging a reinforcing assembly, a movable rod is pushed to rotate out of a first mounting frame, a rotating disc is rotated to drive a threaded rod to rotate, a sleeve plate pushes the movable rod to move to a proper position along the threaded rod, and at the moment, the movable rod is pushed to turn over along the sleeve plate until a ball socket base abuts against the wall surface; therefore, an operator can conveniently adjust the mounting angle of the movable rod according to actual needs, and the adaptability is guaranteed.
