The structure comprises a lower hanging type guide rail and an external scaffold system, the lower hanging type guide rail comprises a radial guide rail and a tangential guide rail, the radial guide rail is fixed below a steel platform top beam through a bracket connector, and the tangential guide rail is located below the radial guide rail and can slide along the radial guide rail under the action of a sliding bracket; the externally-hung scaffold system comprises a frame system composed of an outer frame column system, a multi-stage contraction beam and a scaffold frame system, the lower portion of the outer frame column system is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of outer frame columns end to end in the vertical direction, sliding columns and sliding brackets are arranged on the top of the outer frame column system, and the outer frame column system is connected with the tangential guide rails through the sliding brackets. The multi-stage contraction beams are fixedly connected with the corresponding outer frame columns through the outer frame brackets; the scaffold frame system is fixedly connected with the multi-stage contraction beam and moves synchronously with the multi-stage contraction beam.
