The invention discloses an adjustable prestressed concrete box girder end formwork and a reinforcing construction method.The end formwork comprises a wing plate, a top plate and a haunched end sealing formwork and further comprises a web plate, and the web plate comprises at least one telescopic plate; the upper transverse connecting plate is used for connecting the two adjacent wing plates, the top plate and the haunching end sealing template, and the lower transverse connecting plate is used for connecting the two adjacent webs; the telescopic fixing device is arranged on the telescopic plate and used for fixing the length of the telescopic plate; the prestressed duct adjusting device is arranged at the upper end of the web plate and/or between the telescopic plates of the web plate and/or on the wing plate, the top plate and the haunched end sealing template, the prestressed duct adjusting device is provided with a prestressed duct inserting piece, and a through hole is formed in the prestressed duct inserting piece; under the condition that the formwork is not replaced, the problem that formwork pipe hole positions corresponding to different prestressed pipes are inconsistent due to displacement of the positions of the prestressed pipes on the end faces of different box girder formworks can be solved.
