The invention provides a sealing drainage mechanism and an aluminum alloy door and window, the sealing drainage mechanism is arranged in a drainage cavity of the aluminum alloy door and window, and the sealing drainage mechanism comprises a floating ball piece, a mounting plate, a sealing plate, an overhead switch and a reset switch; the sealing plate can move in the hole direction of the drainage hole and is arranged on the outer side of the drainage cavity. The top-mounted switch is used for forcibly switching the drainage hole into a conducting state, so that rainwater in the drainage cavity is drained; and the reset switch is used for pushing the overhead switch, so that the overhead switch is restored to the original position. The gravity and buoyancy principle of rainwater in the drainage cavity is utilized, the sealing plate is lifted by matching with the gravity of the floating ball piece, and therefore the sealing state and the conduction state of the drainage hole are switched. Rainwater in the drainage cavity can be rapidly drained out of a room, the drainage cavity can be kept in a closed state when no rainwater exists, and therefore the water-tight function, the air-tight function and the anti-mosquito function are achieved. Meanwhile, the sealed drainage mechanism can operate without any external power, thereby being energy-saving and environment-friendly.
