The top ends of the two side columns are fixedly connected with a wellhead supporting rod through welding; five first transverse rods are fixedly arranged between the two first transverse rod supporting rods. The top of each supporting block is further provided with a spring. A plurality of anti-skid nails are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom of the anti-skid nail supporting plate. A second transverse rod supporting rod is installed on the inner side of each side column in a sliding and embedded mode. Five second transverse rods are installed between the two second transverse rod supporting rods. Two limiting columns are fixedly and symmetrically arranged at the top of each of the four second cross rods on the lower side; two pull ropes are bound to the top of each of the five second cross rods; and two tension springs are fixedly arranged at the top of each of the five second cross rods. The device can be automatically adjusted during telescopic adjustment, adjustment is more convenient, a circuit does not need to be additionally arranged, and the use cost is kept low.
