The invention provides a construction method for achieving anti-freezing and heat preservation of a reservoir through an electric tracing band. The construction method comprises the steps that construction preparation is conducted, wherein heat energy needed by heat preservation of the reservoir in northern construction is obtained; capital construction treatment is conducted, and piling treatment is conducted in the reservoir to form multiple rows of columns; calculating the length of the electric tracing band required by each row of cylinders; determining the row number n of the electric tracing band required to be wound according to the lengths of the plurality of rows of cylinders; determining the total energy required to be input by the electric tracing band wound on each row of columns according to the input heat energy and the row number of the electric tracing band to be wound, and determining the length L < single > of the electric tracing band according to the power P < meter > per meter of each electric tracing band; and winding of the electric tracing band in each row is completed by taking the row number of the electric tracing band needing to be wound as a cell, so that a heating wall is formed. The problem that the reservoir is frozen and cannot be used is solved by utilizing the electric tracing band, the balance of the temperature in water is realized, the temperature control effect and the thermal stability are improved, and a better energy-saving effect is achieved on the premise of reducing the energy consumption.
