The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-freezing and deicing of water stop structures of concrete faced rockfill dams in cold regions, and particularly relates to an anti-freezing treatment device for a water stop structure of a dam in a cold region based on an electric tracing band, which comprises an electric heating control module, the electric tracing band, a net-shaped structure and iron sheets, the net-shaped structure is fixed between the two iron sheets through bolts, and the electric tracing band starts from the electric heating control module and is connected with the electric heating control module. And the electric heating wire penetrates through the grid of the net-shaped structure, is wound and fixed on the net-shaped structure and finally returns to the electric heating control module to form a complete circuit. According to the invention, the electric heating unit is utilized to realize active deicing and anti-freezing functions; in order to facilitate construction, on the basis that an original water stop structure is not damaged, the electric tracing band is fixed through a net-shaped structure, and a physical protection layer and a thermal protection layer are added to the electric tracing band, so that the original water stop structure is prevented from being damaged by factors such as ice impact and frost heaving stress; therefore, a convenient, long-term and stable deicing effect with a remarkable effect is provided for a water stop structure of a served or newly-built concrete faced rockfill dam.
