According to the method, the vehicle wading condition can be judged, opening and closing of the target window are controlled according to the vehicle wading condition, and/or the passing strategy of the vehicle is controlled, so that the conditions that the vehicle is damaged, the vehicle falls into water and people cannot escape due to too deep vehicle wading can be avoided, and the life and property safety of users in the vehicle is guaranteed.
