Steam curing and drying device for preparing high-strength gypsum from ardealite and production process of high-strength gypsum
The steam curing and drying device comprises a kettle body (1), at least one steam input port (3) and an evacuation and exhaust port (4) are formed in the kettle body (1), at least one heating circulation device is arranged in the kettle body (1), and the heating circulation device is used for circulating hot air in the kettle body (1) and drying semi-hydrated gypsum materials formed through steam curing; the ardealite block steam curing device has the advantages that the ardealite block steam curing reaction is uniform, the steam curing speed is high, drying operation is conducted immediately after steam curing is completed, a hot air circulation system fully utilizes a heat source, energy is saved, and it is guaranteed that materials are heated uniformly and the drying speed is high during steam curing and drying; and 2, the drying and heating processes can be simultaneously carried out when steam is exhausted after the autoclaving is finished, the generation of condensate water is greatly reduced, and a vacuumizing exhaust port can efficiently and quickly exhaust water vapor generated during drying, so that the product quality is ensured.
磷石膏制高强石膏的蒸养烘干装置及其生产工艺,包括釜体(1),釜体(1)上设置有至少一个蒸汽输入口(3)和抽空排气口(4),釜体(1)内设置有至少一个加热循环装置,加热循环装置用于将热风在釜体(1)内循环,烘干蒸养生成的半水石膏物料;优点是:1、磷石膏块蒸养反应均匀,蒸养速度快,在蒸养完成后立刻进行烘干作业,热风循环系统充分利用热源,节约能源,保证蒸养与烘干时物料受热均匀,烘干速度快。2、烘干加热工序可在蒸压结束排汽时同时进行,大幅降低冷凝水生成,且抽真空排气口可高效快速排出烘干时产生的水蒸汽,保证产品质量。
