The invention discloses a concrete admixture based on washed sand sludge and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) drying and crushing sludge to obtain sludge powder; 2) drying and grinding coal gangue, and feeding into a decomposing furnace as fuel; (3) feeding the sludge powder obtained in the step (1) into a preheater for preheating, and feeding the preheated sludge powder into a decomposing furnace; 4) feeding the decomposed material in the decomposing furnace into a rotary kiln, calcining to obtain a clinker, and cooling the clinker by a grate cooler to obtain a finished product, and 5) rolling and ball-milling the clinker to obtain the finished product. The admixture prepared by taking the washed sand sludge as the raw material has better performance, the fluidity ratio reaches 105%, the water content is 0.34%, the ignition loss is 1.34%, and the 28d activity index can reach 88%.
本发明公开了一种基于水洗砂污泥的混凝土掺合料及其制备方法，包括如下步骤：1）污泥烘干破碎得到污泥粉；2）煤矸石烘干粉磨后送入分解炉当作燃料；3）将步骤1）的污泥粉送入预热器预热，预热后进入分解炉；4）将分解炉内分解完成的物料送入回转窑内煅烧成熟料，经篦冷机冷却后得到熟料；5）熟料经辊压、球磨后得到成品；本发明以水洗砂污泥为原料制备得到的掺合料，具有较好性能，流动度比达到105%，含水量为0.34%，烧失量为1.34%，28d活性指数能够达到88%。
