The invention provides a special admixture for tailing sand concrete. The special admixture is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of an organic additive, 10-15 parts of an inorganic additive, 5-10 parts of a surfactant, 1-5 parts of an initiator and 1-5 parts of modified soybean protein, wherein the organic additive comprises a modified polyether monomer, unsaturated acid and unsaturated amide, the weight part ratio of the modified polyether monomer to the unsaturated acid to the unsaturated amide is (1-20):(10-14):(15-25), and the inorganic additive is silica sol. According to the special admixture and the preparation method thereof, the viscosity of concrete is improved, and segregation and bleeding phenomena are avoided.
本发明提供了一种尾矿砂混凝土专用外加剂，由包括如下重量份数的原料制备得到：有机添加剂10‑20份、无机添加剂10‑15份、表面活性剂5‑10份、引发剂1‑5份和改性大豆蛋白1‑5份；所述有机添加剂包括改性聚醚单体、不饱和酸、不饱和酰胺，且重量份数比为1‑20:10‑14:15‑25；所述无机添加剂为硅溶胶。本发明所述的专用外加剂及其制备方法，提高了混凝土的粘度，避免发生离析和泌水现象。
