The invention discloses a floating bead silicon crystal heat-insulating refractory plate, which is prepared from the following materials: tailing sand synthetic fibers, floating bead powder, water, aerogel abrasive, alumina powder, high-alumina white cement, preferably inorganic resin, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and polyaluminum chloride, wherein the proportion of each material is as follows: 4-6 parts of the tailing sand synthetic fiber, 2-4 parts of the floating bead powder, 100 parts of the water, 0.3-0.5 parts of the aerogel abrasive, 3-5 parts of the alumina powder, 0.5-0.8 parts of the high-alumina white cement, 1-3 parts of the preferably selected inorganic resin, 0.3-0.5 parts of the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and 0.2-0.6 parts of the polyaluminum chloride. The product belongs to a lightweight refractory material, the density of the product is only 1/4 of that of a conventional fireproof plate, the highest use temperature of the product is 1200 DEG C and is far superior to those of common silicate, calcium silicate, magnesium oxide and other fireproof plates in the market at present, after a bending test of a universal testing machine, the average bending resistance is 2.03 mpa, the bending resistance is relatively high, and the product can be used as a fireproof plate at different temperatures. And the tailing sand synthetic fibers are high in silicon content.
