To provide a refractory heat-insulating composition capable of obtaining a refractory heat-insulating plate having excellent fire resistance, excellent heat insulation, and low specific gravity, a slurry including the refractory heat-insulating composition, a refractory heat-insulating plate obtained by hardening the slurry, and a refractory heat-insulating structure including the refractory heat-insulating plate.SOLUTION: A refractory heat-insulating composition of the present invention includes calcium aluminate having a CaO content amount of 34 mass% or over, gypsum, and woody fiber. A content amount of gypsum is 70-250 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of calcium aluminate, and a content amount of woody fiber is 5-60 pts.mass to a sum total of 100 pts.mass of calcium aluminate and gypsum. A refractory heat-insulating composition slurry of the present invention is obtained by blending the refractory heat-insulating composition of the present invention with water. A refractory heat-insulating plate of the present invention is obtained by hardening the refractory heat-insulating composition slurry of the present invention. The refractory heat-insulating structure of the present invention includes a refractory heat-insulating plate of the present invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】優れた耐火性、優れた断熱性及び低い比重を有する耐火断熱板を得ることができる耐火断熱組成物、その耐火断熱組成物を含むスラリー、そのスラリーを硬化させてなる耐火断熱板及びその耐火断熱板を含む耐火断熱構造体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の耐火断熱組成物はCaOの含有量が34質量%以上であるカルシウムアルミネート、セッコウ及び木質繊維を含み、セッコウの含有量が、カルシウムアルミネート100質量部に対して70~250質量部であり、木質繊維の含有量が、カルシウムアルミネート及びセッコウの合計100質量部に対して5~60質量部である。本発明の耐火断熱組成物スラリーは本発明の耐火断熱組成物及び水を混合してなるものである。本発明の耐火断熱板は本発明の耐火断熱組成物スラリーを硬化させてなるものである。本発明の耐火断熱構造体は本発明の耐火断熱板を含む。【選択図】なし
