High-strength carbonized aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The high-strength carbonized aerated concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 to 90 parts of modified carbonized slurry, 10 to 15 parts of cement, 3 to 5 parts of mixing water, 0.1 to 0.2 part of physical foaming agent and 0.2 to 0.3 part of water reducing agent, wherein the modified carbonized slurry is obtained by taking an air hardening material and a crystal form regulating agent as main raw materials, adding water, uniformly stirring, introducing CO2 gas into the obtained mixed slurry, and stirring. The air hardening material is used as the main raw material, and the optimized secondary carbonization process is combined, so that the preparation period of the carbonized aerated concrete can be greatly shortened, the strength, the thermal insulation property and the shrinkage property can be effectively considered, and the carbonized aerated concrete has remarkable environmental and economic benefits, is high in operability and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种高强碳化加气混凝土,各原料及其所占重量份数包括:改性碳化浆料85~90份,水泥10~15份,拌合水3~5份,物理发泡剂0.1~0.2份,减水剂0.2~0.3份;其中改性碳化浆料以气硬性材料和晶型调控剂为主要原料,加水搅拌均匀,再向所得混合浆料中通入CO2气体进行搅拌处理得到。本发明以气硬性材料为主要原料,结合优化的二次碳化工艺,可大幅缩短碳化加气混凝土制备周期,可有效兼顾强度、保温性能和收缩性能,具有显著的环境和经济效益,可操作性高,适合推广应用。
