The invention provides a lithium slag doped all-solid waste paste filling material and a preparation method thereof, and the all-solid waste paste filling material is prepared by pouring and curing all-solid waste paste filling material slurry; the all-solid waste paste filling material slurry is composed of a cementing agent, undisturbed lithium slag and sticky corn mixed slurry, the mass ratio of the cementing agent to the undisturbed lithium slag is (10-20): (80-90), and the slurry mass concentration of the all-solid waste paste filling material slurry is 75-85%; the cementing agent is prepared from zeolite powder waste, refining slag, desulfurization ash, lithium slag, ardealite, coal gangue, corn straw and a polycarboxylic acid water reducer. Effective components in the solid waste are effectively utilized, and good working performance and mechanical performance are achieved. According to the method disclosed by the invention, cooperative utilization of multi-source solid wastes can be realized, the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection can be realized, wastes can be treated by wastes, and green and sustainable development of the mining industry can be realized while the solid waste-based material has relatively high economic value.
本发明提出一种掺锂渣的全固废膏体充填料及其制备方法,该全固废膏体充填料由全固废膏体充填料料浆,经浇筑和养护制备而成;所述全固废膏体充填料料浆由胶结剂、原状锂渣和黏玉米混合浆组成,其中胶结剂与原状锂渣的质量比为10‑20:80‑90,所述全固废膏体充填料料浆的料浆质量浓度为75~85%;所述胶结剂由沸石粉废料、精炼渣、脱硫灰渣、锂渣、磷石膏、煤矸石、玉米秸秆和聚羧酸减水剂制备而成。该发明有效利用固废中的有效组分,具有良好的工作性能和力学性能。本发明既可以实现多源固废的协同利用,实现节能环保的目的,又能“以废治废”,使固废基材料产生较高经济价值的同时,实现矿业行业的绿色可持续发展。
