The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing the tungsten tailing sand, the steel slag powder and the mineral slag powder in parts by weight, and uniformly mixing to obtain a dry material; and S2, adding water into the dry material obtained in the step S1, and uniformly mixing to obtain the tungsten tailing sand-steel slag powder solid waste synergistic paste filling material. The tungsten tailing sand is adopted as the aggregate of the filling material and is rich in source, a large amount of tungsten tailings are utilized, and accumulation of the tungsten tailings can be reduced; the cementing agent adopts the steel slag powder and the slag powder, the cost is more economical than that of cement, and the steel slag and slag solid wastes are synergistically and circularly utilized to achieve the effects of reducing the cost and improving the efficiency.
