The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to high-thermal-shock-resistance aluminum oxide ceramic and a preparation method thereof.The high-thermal-shock-resistance aluminum oxide ceramic is prepared from, by weight, 80-100 parts of aluminum oxide, 10-20 parts of reinforcing component, 0.5-5 parts of sintering aid, 5-10 parts of plasticizer and 20-30 parts of binder; wherein the reinforcing component comprises lanthanum zirconate and a transition metal element oxide; the aluminum oxide ceramic prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has better mechanical properties, and the thermal shock resistance of the aluminum oxide ceramic can be obviously improved by adding lanthanum zirconate.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体为一种高抗热震氧化铝陶瓷及其制备方法,以重量份数计,原料包括以下成分:氧化铝80‑100份、增强组分10‑20份、烧结助剂0.5‑5份、增塑剂5‑10份、粘结剂20‑30份;其中,所述增强组分包括锆酸镧和过渡金属元素氧化物;所述烧结助剂为稀土元素氧化物,本发明所制备的氧化铝陶瓷具有较好的力学性能,锆酸镧的加入可以明显提高氧化铝陶瓷的抗热震性能。
