Alumina ceramic membrane support with high thermal shock resistance and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an aluminum oxide ceramic membrane support with high thermal shock resistance. The aluminum oxide ceramic membrane support is characterized by being prepared from raw materials including a mixed body, a binder, a plasticizer, a lubricant and water, wherein the mixed body is composed of aluminum oxide, NTE oxide and a pore-forming agent, and the raw materials are subjected to mixing pugging, extrusion molding and calcination; wherein the mass ratio of the aluminum oxide to the NTE oxide to the pore-forming agent in the mixed powder is (75-98): (2-10): (0-15); the binder accounts for 3-10% of the total mass of the mixed powder; the plasticizer accounts for 1-3% of the total mass of the mixed powder; the lubricant accounts for 0.1-2% of the total mass of the mixed powder; the water accounts for 10-30% of the total mass of the mixed powder. By introducing molybdate with a near-zero/negative thermal expansion coefficient, the aluminum oxide ceramic membrane support with an ultralow or near-zero thermal expansion coefficient is prepared, so that the thermal shock resistance of the aluminum oxide porous ceramic support is remarkably improved; nET oxide of molybdate can also be used as a sintering aid of aluminum oxide to promote sintering of an aluminum oxide support body; in addition, the NTE oxide is good in acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and the prepared aluminum oxide ceramic membrane support has excellent mechanical performance and corrosion resistance and can be used in the fields of high temperature, high pressure and gas-solid separation.
本发明提供了一种高抗热震性的氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体,其特征在于所述支撑体包含由氧化铝、NTE氧化物和造孔剂组成的混合分体、粘结剂、增塑剂、润滑剂和水的原料经混合练泥、挤出成型再煅烧制成;其中混合粉体中氧化铝、NTE氧化物和造孔剂的质量比为75~98:2~10:0~15;所述粘结剂为混合粉体总质量的3%~10%;所述增塑剂为混合粉体总质量的1%~3%;所述润滑剂为混合粉体总质量的0.1%~2%;所述水为混合粉体总质量的10%~30%。通过引入近零/负热膨胀系数的钼酸盐,制备出超低或近零热膨胀系数的氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体,从而显著提高氧化铝多孔陶瓷支撑体的抗热震性;并且钼酸盐类的NET氧化物也可作为氧化铝的烧结助剂促进氧化铝支撑体的烧结;此外NTE氧化物耐酸碱腐蚀性能好,制备的氧化铝陶瓷膜支撑体具有优异的机械性能和耐腐蚀性能,可以用于高温高压和气固分离领域。
