The invention provides a modified SiBCN ceramic composite material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified SiBCN ceramic composite material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 85-95% of a SiBCN ceramic material and 5-15% of rare earth oxide. The rare earth oxide is introduced to modify the SiBCN ceramic material, so that the SiBCN ceramic material can be highly densified at the temperature lower than 1800 DEG C, and the modified SiBCN ceramic composite material is uniform in element distribution, high in bending strength and excellent in high-temperature oxidation resistance, and can be used in an extreme environment.
本发明提供一种改性SiBCN陶瓷复合材料及其制备方法和应用,所述改性SiBCN陶瓷复合材料按照质量百分比包括以下组分:SiBCN陶瓷材料85‑95%稀土氧化物5‑15%。本发明通过引入稀土氧化物对SiBCN陶瓷材料进行改性,使其在低于1800℃的温度下便可实现高致密化,并且该改性SiBCN陶瓷复合材料元素分布均匀,具有较高的弯曲强度和优良的高温抗氧化性能,可在极端环境下使用。
