The invention relates to the technical field of wave-transparent materials, in particular to a SiBCN/SiO2 composite ceramic material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the SiBCN/SiO2 composite ceramic material comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a precursor polyborosilazane by adopting a polymer precursor conversion method; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a SiBCN/SiO2 composite ceramic material, carrying out primary crosslinking on a precursor polyborosilazane to obtain a thermal crosslinking precursor, mixing the thermal crosslinking precursor with SiO2, carrying out ball milling, and carrying out pyrolysis to obtain the SiBCN/SiO2 composite ceramic material. In consideration of the technical defect of poor mechanical property of SiBCN ceramic in the prior art, the SiBCN/SiO2 composite ceramic material is prepared by adding the functional filler SiO2 and performing pyrolysis, so that the mechanical property, wave-transparent property and heat resistance of the SiBCN ceramic are improved.
本发明涉及透波材料技术领域，具体涉及一种SiBCN/SiO2复合陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。本发明的SiBCN/SiO2复合陶瓷材料先采用聚合物前驱体转化法制备前驱体聚硼硅氮烷；再将前驱体聚硼硅氮烷进行初步交联后，得到热交联前驱体，将热交联前驱体与SiO2混合后球磨，再进行热解，得到SiBCN/SiO2复合陶瓷材料。本发明考虑到现有技术SiBCN陶瓷存在力学性能差的技术缺陷，通过添加功能填料SiO2并进行热解，制备得到SiBCN/SiO2复合陶瓷材料，以改善SiBCN陶瓷的力学性能、透波性能及耐热性能。
