Preparation method of calcium carbonate crystallization layer on surface of cement-based material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a calcium carbonate crystal layer on the surface of a cement-based material, which comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing cement and water, pouring into a mold, curing, removing the mold, and curing to obtain an incompletely hydrated cement test block; 2, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, potassium chloride and sodium bicarbonate are added into deionized water, an inorganic ion solution is prepared, and the concentration of sodium bicarbonate is larger than or equal to 0.20 g/kg; and step 3, soaking the cement test block which is not completely hydrated in the step 1 in the inorganic ion solution prepared in the step 2, taking out the cement test block, washing the surface, stopping hydration, and drying in vacuum to obtain the calcium carbonate crystal layer on the surface of the cement test block. The prepared crystallization layer is uniform and compact, the operation is simple and convenient, bicarbonate radicals in an inorganic ion solution can be utilized for surface mineralization, permeation of chloride ions and potential negative influence accompanying the permeation of the chloride ions are avoided, and high hydrophobicity and moisture infiltration resistance can be further obtained through silane modification.
本发明公开了一种水泥基材料表面碳酸钙结晶层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,将水泥和水混合,倒入模具固化后拆模养护,得到未完全水化的水泥试块;步骤二,将氯化钠、硫酸钠、氯化钾、碳酸氢钠加入去离子水中,配制无机离子溶液,碳酸氢钠的浓度≥0.20g/kg;步骤三,将步骤一所得未完全水化的水泥试块放入步骤二所配置的无机离子溶液中浸泡,取出后冲洗表面,终止水化,真空烘干,获得水泥试块表面碳酸钙结晶层。本发明所制备的结晶层均匀致密,操作简便,既可利用无机离子溶液中的碳酸氢根进行表面的矿化,又避免了氯离子的渗透和氯离子渗透伴随的潜在消极影响,可进一步经硅烷修饰获得高疏水性,抵抗水分的浸润。
