Method for preparing BN coating on surface of ceramic fiber
The invention discloses a method for preparing a BN coating on the surface of a ceramic fiber. The method comprises the following steps: 1, modifying chemical groups on the surface of the ceramic fiber; 2, preparing a boron nitride precursor in-situ reaction impregnation liquid; and 3, rapid wet chemical deposition of the BN coating. By means of the method, safe and rapid large-scale deposition of the high-quality BN coating can be achieved in the conventional environment, the prepared BN coating is compact and complete and is firmly combined with the ceramic fibers, and the problems that at present, the BN coating prepared on the ceramic fibers is low in quality, many in holes and prone to cracking and stripping are solved. In addition, according to the technology, the preparation technology of the BN coating is simplified, technological parameter regulation and control are simplified, multi-step harmful atmosphere heat treatment is avoided, and a foundation is laid for industrial production of the high-quality continuous BN coating.
