Production process of environment-friendly modified asphalt
The invention discloses an environment-friendly modified asphalt production process which sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) heating matrix asphalt to 180-190 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 2-3 minutes; (2) shearing the matrix asphalt through a first shearing emulsifying machine; (3) introducing the asphalt mixture into a first development tank, carrying out first development, adding an SBS modifier, carrying out heat preservation when the asphalt mixture is cooled to 160-170 DEG C, and meanwhile, continuously stirring for 13-15 hours; (4) shearing the asphalt mixture through a second shearing emulsifying machine; according to the present invention, the process is simple, the number of the working procedures is small, the produced modified asphalt efficiently uses the waste tire, the waste tire is reused, the environmental protection property is provided, the added SBS and the waste tire abrasive material make the produced modified asphalt not easy to soften at a high temperature and not easy to embrittle at a low temperature, and the problems of rutting, cracking, temperature shrinkage and the like are significantly reduced; in addition, the low-temperature fluidity and the ductility of the asphalt can be improved, and the asphalt has relatively good elastic deformation capability.
