本发明涉及一种可调高且现场零焊接的桥梁伸缩缝装置及其安装方法,包括第一梁体、第二梁体和伸缩缝结构,第一梁体和第二梁体之间预留有伸缩缝,第一梁体和第二梁体上均开设安装槽,伸缩缝结构的两端分别安装在两个安装槽内,伸缩缝结构位于伸缩缝上方,伸缩缝结构包括多个伸缩缝单元,多个伸缩缝单元沿着伸缩缝的长度方向依次连接设置;伸缩缝单元包括伸缩组件和用于调整伸缩组件高度的锚板调整组件,锚板调整组件位于伸缩组件的两侧,伸缩组件与锚板调整组件固定连接,锚板调整组件固定在安装槽中。本发明能够解决目前伸缩缝装置需要现场焊接、安装高度调整困难、难以适配新型混凝土材料、长伸缩缝装置维修更换成本高等问题。
