Height-adjustable bridge expansion joint connecting and anchoring structure
The invention provides a height-adjustable bridge expansion joint connecting and anchoring structure which comprises a beam body, a beam body sealing end, an expansion joint device, a reinforcing mesh, at least two pieces of pre-buried channel steel and at least two connecting assemblies. Pre-buried anchor bars are arranged in the beam body and the beam body sealing end; the expansion joint device comprises deformed steel and at least two expansion joint annular bars. A mounting groove is formed between the two expansion joint annular bars and is communicated up and down. The two pieces of pre-embedded channel steel are pre-embedded in the beam body and the beam body sealing end respectively, the bottoms of the pre-embedded channel steel are connected with the pre-embedded anchor bars, connecting grooves are formed in the upper portions of the pre-embedded channel steel, the two connecting grooves are both located below the mounting groove, the mounting groove is communicated with the two connecting grooves, and the connecting assemblies are connected between the mounting groove and the connecting grooves. In the vertical direction, the height of the connecting positions of the expansion joint annular bars on the connecting assemblies are adjustable, and the reinforcing mesh is connected with the expansion joint annular bars. The position height of the expansion joint device can be adaptively adjusted according to the actual field environment.
本发明提供高度可调的桥梁伸缩缝连接锚固结构,包括梁体、梁体封端、伸缩缝装置、钢筋网片、至少两个预埋槽钢和至少两个连接组件,梁体和梁体封端内均设置有预埋锚筋,伸缩缝装置包括异型钢和至少两个伸缩缝环形筋,两个伸缩缝环形筋之间形成有安装槽,安装槽上下连通;两个预埋槽钢分别预埋在梁体、梁体封端内,预埋槽钢的底部与预埋锚筋连接,预埋槽钢上部设置有连接槽,两个连接槽均位于安装槽的下方,安装槽分别与两个连接槽连通,连接组件连接在安装槽和连接槽之间,在竖直方向上,伸缩缝环形筋在连接组件上的连接位置的高度可调,钢筋网片与伸缩缝环形筋连接。本发明能根据现场实际环境适应性调整伸缩缝装置的位置高度。
