The invention discloses a side span cast-in-place section steel pipe less-support construction method, which is characterized in that a support steel pipe pile is arranged at a certain inclination angle, so that the support span meets the requirement, the bottom of the steel pipe pile can be positioned on a pier column bearing platform, and the steel pipe pile positioned on the bearing platform does not need to be additionally treated with a support foundation, so that materials and manpower are saved, and the construction period is shortened. The treatment range of the support steel pipe pile foundation is reduced, and a bearing platform does not need to be additionally arranged below the support steel pipe piles. The hoisting installation of the steel pipe pile is realized by utilizing the winch and the cantilever beam which are fixed on the approach bridge T beam on the other side of the cast-in-place section, and the adverse effects caused by long process connection period, difficulty in entrance of hoisting equipment meeting requirements and the like can be avoided. An arc-shaped positioning device is pre-buried on a bearing platform, a positioning parallel connector is welded on a pier body in advance, when a support steel pipe pile is hoisted, a lifting device can be lifted along the spatial position of the steel pipe pile, and when the support steel pipe pile reaches the designed position, the spatial position of the support steel pipe pile can be quickly locked through the arc-shaped positioning device and the positioning parallel connector.
本发明公开了一种边跨现浇段钢管少支架施工方法,通过将支架钢管桩装设置成一定倾斜角度,以便让支架跨度达到要求的同时,钢管桩底部能处于墩柱承台上,位于承台上钢管桩无需另处理支架基础,以节省材料和人力、缩短施工周期,减少对支架钢管桩基础处理范围,无需对支架钢管桩下方额外设置承台。利用固定在现浇段另一侧引桥T梁上的卷扬机及悬挑梁,实现钢管桩起吊安装,可避免工艺衔接周期长、符合要求的起重设备进场困难等带来的不利影响。通过在承台上预埋弧形定位装置,墩身上提前将定位平联焊接,支架钢管桩吊装时,提升装置能沿着钢管桩空间位置进行提升,达到设计位置时,可利用弧形定位装置和定位平联快速锁定支架钢管桩空间位置。
