The invention aims to develop the multifunctional water, land and ice triphibian cleaning vehicle so as to solve the problems of a traditional garbage cleaning vehicle. Compared with a traditional vehicle, the design has the advantages of intelligence and high efficiency. The cleaning vehicle comprises a rack, a garbage sweeping device, a cross-shaped net-shaped collecting and cutting device, a foldable solar photovoltaic panel, a garbage conveying device, a smashing and crushing device, a turbine propeller, a multi-terrain driving system and an intelligent detector, and is characterized in that through the intelligent technology and the ingenious mechanism design, the garbage can be cleaned; the cleaning vehicle can efficiently clean garbage on the water surface, the road surface and the ice surface, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, clean energy is used for providing power, so that the vehicle is more environment-friendly and low-carbon. Automatic garbage identification, classification and positioning are realized based on a machine vision algorithm, and full-automatic unattended operation is realized by applying big data and the Internet of Things technology. The innovative technology and design can improve the intelligence and automation level of the garbage cleaning vehicle.
