The invention discloses a construction method of a rotary excavating cast-in-place pile, which comprises the following steps: measuring a pile placing position, and adding a modifier into a slurry raw material to prepare slurry; a pile foundation is placed in the pile position, a pile casing is buried in the pile position, the diameter of the pile casing is 100-150 mm larger than the hole diameter of the pile foundation, and the pile casing is at least 30 cm higher than the ground; the mud is injected into a rotary drilling rig, a drill bit is aligned to the pile position, repeated sweeping is conducted in the soil layer in the pile casing according to the preset drilling speed so that thick mud cakes can be formed, and after the drill bit drills to the preset depth to obtain a pile hole, the pile hole is cleaned; the drill bit reversely rotates in situ before lifting the rod; placing a reinforcement cage in the pile hole; a guide pipe is installed and extends into the pile hole, and the distance between the bottom of the guide pipe and the bottom of the hole is 30-50 cm; and concrete is poured into the pile casing to form the cast-in-place pile. According to the method, the pile filling efficiency is high, the hole forming efficiency is improved, the construction strength is reduced, and the construction requirement can be met.
本发明公开了一种旋挖灌注桩的施工方法,包括如下步骤:测放桩位,并在泥浆原料中加入改性剂制备得到泥浆;在所述桩位放置桩基并埋设护筒,所述护筒直径比所述桩基孔径大100-150mm,所述护筒至少高出地面30cm;旋挖钻机内注入所述泥浆,将钻头对准所述桩位并于所述护筒内按照预设钻进速度在土层中反复扫空,以形成厚实泥皮,待钻头钻孔至预定深度得到桩孔后,清理所述桩孔;所述钻头提杆前在原位反向旋转;于所述桩孔内放置钢筋笼;安装导管并将所述导管伸入至所述桩孔内,所述导管底部与孔底距离为30~50cm;往所述护筒内灌注混凝土,以形成灌注桩。该方法灌注桩效率高,提高了成孔效率,降低了施工强度,能满足施工需求。
