The invention provides an overhead line straight line tower foundation rapid positioning and laying method which comprises the steps that S1, a telescopic frame is arranged at a 1 # pile position on the ground, a telescopic pole on the telescopic frame is commanded to be placed at a direction pile position on the ground, and the advancing direction of a line is determined; s3, basic point location identification: S3.1, one end of an auxiliary rod is assembled on a telescopic frame, and the other end of the auxiliary rod is assembled on an identification rod; s3.2, a supporting assembly in the identification rod is rotated to be in a horizontal state; s3.3, the top end of the marking mechanism is hung on the auxiliary rod, and the side face of the marking mechanism is assembled at the outer end of the supporting assembly; and S3.4, translating and adjusting the marking mechanism to the square root of 2/2L position. Each pile position can be quickly and accurately determined, and the auxiliary rod and the identification rod can be assembled nearby, so that secondary correction can be performed on the identification rod, and errors caused by long-distance observation and manual command are eliminated.
