The invention discloses a near-zero-energy-consumption passive frame type building curtain wall system which comprises a steel stand column, a steel cross beam, warm-edge double-hollow tempered glass, a graphite polystyrene heat insulation strip and an aluminum alloy heat insulation pressing plate, the steel stand column and the steel cross beam are spliced into a frame, the warm-edge double-hollow tempered glass is arranged in the frame, and the graphite polystyrene heat insulation strip is arranged in the frame. Graphite polystyrene heat insulation strips are arranged on the side edges of the warm-edge double-hollow tempered glass and correspond to the interior of the frame, the graphite polystyrene heat insulation strips are connected with the upper side and the lower side of the steel stand column and the upper side and the lower side of the steel cross beam correspondingly, and heat insulation pads are arranged at the connecting positions of the aluminum alloy heat insulation pressing plate and the steel stand column and the connecting positions of the aluminum alloy heat insulation pressing plate and the steel cross beam correspondingly.
