The invention discloses a near-zero-energy-consumption curtain wall threshold system and an installation technology thereof.The curtain wall threshold system comprises a threshold strip assembly which comprises a threshold strip and an air bag, the air bag is arranged above the threshold strip, and the air bag and the threshold strip are integrally formed; the upper part of the connecting component is connected with the lower opening of the curtain wall door leaf, and the lower part is connected with the air bag; the piston assembly comprises a sleeve and a push rod, the sleeve is arranged on the curtain wall door leaf, the lower end of the sleeve is connected with the air bag through a sealing pipe, one end of the push rod is movably arranged in the sleeve, and the other end of the push rod is connected with a handle of the curtain wall door leaf. The air tightness of the building can be improved, the curtain wall door can be used for a newly-built curtain wall door and also can be used for a built curtain wall door, the air tightness of the curtain wall door can be improved under the condition that an original curtain wall door structure is not dismantled, then the air tightness of the building is improved, and the improvement cost is low.
