The invention provides a large-span arched fair-faced concrete structure formwork supporting structure and a construction process. According to the formwork supporting structure, modularized arc-shaped wood keel plates are in lap joint with beam columns, and longitudinal supporting steel pipes, adjustable bracket supports and scaffolds are adopted by the bottoms of the arc-shaped wood keel plates and the bottoms of the beam columns to serve as a supporting system; the construction method comprises the following nine steps: model selection of a template, deepening design of a fair-faced template supporting structure, template processing, installation of an arched floor supporting frame, template installation, measurement and checking, steel bar binding, installation of a template top plate and concrete pouring. The arc-shaped wood keel plates are formed by conducting modular prefabrication according to a large-span arch structure on a construction site and assembling and combining a formwork supporting structure on site.
