The invention discloses a method for rapidly reinforcing an existing structure in a lossless mode through UHPC. The method comprises the following steps that S1, light UHPC anchor blocks are prefabricated; s2, the to-be-reinforced surface of the existing structure is cleaned and wetted, high-viscosity UHPC is sprayed, spraying is stopped after the preset thickness is achieved, and a bonding layer is formed; s3, a light UHPC anchor block is installed on the bonding layer before initial setting of the bonding layer; s4, early-strength UHPC is sprayed to the to-be-reinforced surface again until the required thickness is achieved, and reinforcement of the existing structure is completed. According to the construction method for rapidly reinforcing the existing structure through the UHPC, vertical face and top construction is facilitated, the reinforcement efficiency and quality of a permanent structure and a temporary structure can be improved on the basis that an original structure is not damaged, and the construction period is shortened. And meanwhile, the period of reinforcement construction is shortened, and good economical efficiency and application prospects are achieved.
