The invention discloses a three-dimensional garage power safety transmission system and a three-dimensional garage adopting the system. The three-dimensional garage power safety transmission system comprises a rack, a main transmission shaft and a gear motor, and driving gears are installed at the two ends of the main transmission shaft respectively; a transmission gear is arranged on the main transmission shaft; a power output gear is arranged over the transmission gear, close to the transmission gear side, of the gear motor, and the transmission gear is meshed with the power output gear. An assembly type toothed plate driving wheel is arranged under each driving gear. The stereo garage adopting the system comprises a left frame piece, a right frame piece and two circulating chains, wherein the circulating chains are arranged on the left frame piece and the right frame piece respectively; two ends of the main transmission shaft are respectively connected with the left frame piece and the right frame piece; the gear motor is arranged on the left frame piece or the right frame piece; and each circulating chain is connected with an assembly type toothed plate driving wheel. The assembly type power transmission system and the stereo garage adopting the system have the advantages of being reliable in power transmission, high in safety degree and convenient to maintain.
