The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultra-low energy consumption laminated shear wallboard in a prefabricated building, which comprises the following steps: manufacturing an ultra-low energy consumption insulation board, manufacturing an insulation frame, and pouring a bearing layer, the structure is that a cavity is formed between the ultra-low energy consumption insulation board and a laminated board, and a steel bar frame is positioned in the cavity; one side of the steel bar frame is fixed in the second heat preservation layer or the second surface enhancement layer, the other side of the steel bar frame is fixed in the laminated plate, concrete is poured in the cavity to form a bearing layer, and the ultra-low energy consumption heat preservation plate comprises a heat preservation core material, a first heat preservation layer, a first surface enhancement layer, a second heat preservation layer and a second surface enhancement layer. The first heat-insulating layer is located on one side of the heat-insulating core material, the second heat-insulating layer is located on the other side of the heat-insulating core material, the first surface enhancement layer is arranged outside the first heat-insulating layer, and the second surface enhancement layer is arranged outside the second heat-insulating layer. The heat preservation effect of the outer wall shear wall is further improved, and development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings is facilitated.
本发明涉及一种装配式建筑中超低能耗叠合剪力墙板的制备方法,包括制做超低能耗保温板,制做保温框架,浇筑承重层,其结构为在超低能耗保温板和叠合板之间有空腔,钢筋架位于空腔内;钢筋架的一侧固定在第二保温层或第二表面增强层里,钢筋架的另一侧固定在叠合板里,空腔里浇筑有混凝土,构成承重层,所述超低能耗保温板包括保温芯材、第一保温层、第一表面增强层、第二保温层、第二表面增强层,第一保温层位于保温芯材一侧,第二保温层位于保温芯材另一侧,第一保温层外侧为第一表面增强层,第二保温层外侧为第二表面增强层。本发明进一步提高了外墙剪力墙的保温效果,有利于发展超低能耗建筑。
