The high-performance fluoride-free alkali-free liquid accelerator is good in storage stability and can be applied to cement, the initial setting time of obtained cement paste is 1.5-2.5 min, the final setting time of the obtained cement paste is 3-10 min, the compressive strength of cement mortar in 6 h is 1.0 MPa or above, the compressive strength in 24 h is 13 MPa or above, the relative strength in 28 days is 95% or above, high-performance sprayed concrete can be prepared, and the requirement that the rebound rate of the concrete is smaller than 10% is met.
