Mining sprayed concrete based on coal gangue and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of sprayed concrete, and particularly provides mine sprayed concrete based on coal gangue and a preparation method of the mine sprayed concrete. The sprayed concrete comprises a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 100: (3-9), wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-140 parts of cement, 135-150 parts of coal gangue, 50-70 parts of water, 15-20 parts of an admixture, 1-5 parts of calcium formate, 4-5 parts of a water reducing agent and 1-2 parts of an air entraining agent; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-10 parts of polyaluminum sulfate, 1-9 parts of triisopropanolamine, 1-4 parts of aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate, 1-4 parts of ethylene glycol, 2-5 parts of nano aluminum hydroxide and 3-5 parts of triisopropanolamine octanoate. The sprayed concrete provided by the invention still has better mechanical properties while using the coal gangue as the aggregate.
