The invention relates to a preparation method of C30 graphene oxide broken red brick recycled concrete, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing broken red brick aggregate: manually screening red bricks, removing residual mortar on the surfaces of the bricks, manually crushing and mechanically crushing waste bricks, and screening by using a screening machine to obtain the broken red brick aggregate with the particle size of 4.75-30.5 mm; (2) adding ordinary Portland cement, industrial-grade graphene oxide, a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, gravel and river sand into a stirrer according to a certain mixing ratio, uniformly stirring, adding 40% of the total water amount, then adding crushed red bricks and gravel aggregate, uniformly stirring, and adding the rest 60% of water into the stirrer; and (3) manufacturing a concrete test block, and curing and forming. According to the recycled concrete prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the mechanical property of the concrete can be improved, the waste bricks can be efficiently utilized, the construction waste is turned into wealth, a renewable green building material is prepared, and resource reutilization is realized.
本发明涉及一种C30的氧化石墨烯碎红砖再生混凝土的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:(1)制备碎红砖骨料:通过人工筛选红砖块,剔除砖块表面的残余砂浆,将废砖块进行人工破碎和机器破碎,再利用筛分机进行筛分,得到4.75~30.5mm之间的碎红砖骨料;(2)将普通硅酸盐水泥、工业级氧化石墨烯、聚羧酸高效减水剂、碎石、河砂按照一定的配合比投入搅拌机中均匀搅拌,加入总水量的40%,再投入碎红砖和碎石骨料,搅拌均匀后将剩余60%的水加入搅拌机中;(3)混凝土试块制作、养护成型。采用本发明的制备方法制备的再生混凝土,既能改善混凝土的力学性能,又能高效利用废砖,将建筑垃圾变废为宝,制备出可再生的绿色建筑材料,实现资源再利用。
