The invention discloses a long-acting water-retaining agent and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the long-acting water-retaining agent comprises the following steps that a diacrylate compound and a phosphorylation reagent are mixed and react for 4-6 h at the temperature of 60-70 DEG C, and a phosphate diester comonomer I is prepared; the preparation method comprises the following steps: under the protection of inert gas, mixing a phosphate diester comonomer I, an ether cross-linking agent comonomer II and an initiator, heating and dissolving at 60-80 DEG C, uniformly stirring, dropwise adding an acrylamide monomer and/or an acrylic acid monomer, reacting at 30-85 DEG C for 1-5 hours after dropwise adding, and then adjusting the pH value to 8-9 and the solid content to 2-10%, thereby obtaining the long-acting water-retaining agent. The long-acting water-retaining agent has a hyperbranched structure, has good initial and long-acting thickening effects, can effectively improve the segregation and bleeding phenomena of concrete, does not affect the slump retaining performance of the water-retaining agent, and can improve the workability of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种长效保水剂及其制备方法,所述长效保水剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:将双丙烯酸酯类化合物与磷酸化试剂混合,60‑70℃反应4‑6h,制备得到磷酸双酯共聚单体I;在惰性气体保护下,将磷酸双酯共聚单体I、醚类交联剂共聚单体II、引发剂混合,在60‑80℃加热溶解并搅拌均匀后,滴加丙烯酰胺类单体、和或丙烯酸类单体,滴加完成后30‑85℃反应1‑5h,然后调节pH值为8‑9,含固量为2‑10%,即可制备得到所述长效保水剂;所述长效保水剂具有超支化结构,具有很好的初始和长效增稠效果,可有效改善混凝土的离析泌水现象,同时不影响减水剂的保坍性能,而且能够改善混凝土的和易性。
