Long-acting slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete additives, in particular to a long-acting slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, synthesizing polyacrylic acid from acrylic acid, methyl acrylate and polyethylene glycol diacrylate under the action of a chain transfer agent and an initiator, and then reacting trimethylolpropane, methyl 3-hydroxypropionate and polyacrylic acid to obtain the long-acting slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent. The long-acting slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent provided by the invention has relatively high water reducing rate and long-acting slump-retaining performance, and is especially suitable for a concrete construction environment in summer.
本发明涉及混凝土添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种长效保坍型聚羧酸高性能减水剂及其制备方法。本发明首先采用丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯和聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯在链转移剂,引发剂的作用下合成了聚丙烯酸,然后采用三羟甲基丙烷、3‑羟基丙酸甲酯和聚丙烯酸反应得到长效保坍型聚羧酸高性能减水剂。本发明提供的长效保坍型聚羧酸高性能减水剂具有较高的减水率和长效保坍性能,尤其适用于夏季混凝土施工环境。
