Highly slump-retaining hyperbranched polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency concrete water reducing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-slump-loss-resistant hyperbranched polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency concrete water reducer and a preparation method thereof. The water reducing agent is mainly obtained by polymerizing hexadecyl (or twelve) arm hydrazide cyclophosphazene hyperbranched molecules containing terminal group unsaturated double bonds, unsaturated polyether macromonomers, acrylic monomers, O-allyl sodium phosphate monomers and unsaturated sodium sulfonate monomers. The water reducing agent takes a hyperbranched structure as a center and takes a comb-shaped structure long chain containing carboxylate radical, phosphate radical, sulfonate radical and polyether macromonomer as an arm. The water reducing agent is low in mixing amount, high in water reducing rate and good in slump retaining performance, and is widely applied to the field of buildings.
本发明涉及一种高保坍超支化聚羧酸高效混凝土减水剂及其制备方法。该减水剂主要由含端基不饱和双键的十六(或十二)臂酰肼环磷腈超支化分子、不饱和聚醚大单体、丙烯酸单体、O‑烯丙基磷酸钠单体和不饱和磺酸钠单体聚合得到。本发明的减水剂以超支化结构为中心以含有羧酸根、磷酸根、磺酸根、聚醚大单体梳状结构长链为臂。本发明的减水剂掺量低,减水率高,保坍性能好,广泛应用于建筑领域。
