UNDER SLEEPER PAD FOR RAIL BALLAST AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to: a sleeper pad using a rubber pad integrated with non-woven fabric, which is attached to the bottom surface of a sleeper integrally formed by mutually heating and pressing non-woven fabric and a rubber pad to come in contact with gravels applied on a graveled road to optimize a maintenance and management period of the graveled road to be economical and efficient; and a construction method of the sleeper pad. The sleeper pad is manufactured to integrate the rubber pad and the non-woven fabric, since the sleeper pad is mechanically coupled by enabling the non-woven fabric and the rubber pad to be entangled on a close attachment surface to be closely attached to each other and is vulcanized, and the close attachment surface between the non-woven fabric and the rubber pad are molten and defused to chemically couple the non-woven fabric and the rubber pad, in a process of heating and pressing the rubber pad closely attached to the non-woven fabric.
부직포와 박판인 고무패드를 서로 가열 및 프레싱시켜 일체로 형성시긴 침목패드를 침목 저면에 부착시켜 자갈도상에 포설된 자갈과 접하도록 시공함으로서 자갈도상의 유지관리 주기를 최적화시켜 경제적이며 효율적인 부직포와 일체화된 고무패드를 이용한 침목패드 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 침목패드는 부직포와 밀착된 고무패드를 가열 및 프레싱하는 과정에서, 상기 부직포와 고무패드가 밀착면에서 얽히면서 밀착된 기계적결합 및 가황됨과 더불어 부직포와 고무패드 밀착면이 멜팅 및 디퓨젼되면서 부직포와 고무패드가 화학적 결합되어, 고무패드와 부직포가 일체화되도록 제작된다.
