The invention discloses a cast-in-place box girder support, which relates to the technical field of supports, and comprises a base, and the base is in bolted connection with the lower ends of a plurality of low-position main shafts. Through cooperative use of the side supporting parts, the inclined supporting parts, the high supporting parts, the high-position main shaft, the connecting beams and the outer sleeve bailey beams, when the mold frame is poured, inclined pressure scattered outwards from the bottom face and the inclined side face is supported and dealt with through the inclined supporting parts; the downward pressure of the mold frame can be correspondingly supported by the first supporting shaft, the second supporting shaft and the high-position main shaft, then the connecting beam and the outer sleeve bailey beam can enable the high-position main shaft, the inclined supporting component, the inclined supporting component and the high supporting component to be located in a connected and fixed whole, and therefore stress response can be conducted on the cast-in-place box girder, and the pouring forming quality of the box girder can be guaranteed; and secondly, threaded connection arranged on the side supporting part, the inclined supporting part and the high supporting part can be conveniently adjusted to support the inclined side face of the mold frame, and therefore the cast-in-place box girder can be conveniently supported and fixed through the support.
