Single-span cast-in-place box girder through type cast-in-place support construction method
The invention discloses a single-span cast-in-place box girder through type cast-in-place support construction method. The support structure is composed of bamboo plywood, battens, I-shaped steel cross beams, I-shaped steel longitudinal beams, finish rolling twisted steel hanging rods, I-shaped steel hanging arms, Bailey piece longitudinal beams, a concrete foundation and the like according to the force transmission sequence. The construction method comprises the specific construction steps that a C30 concrete foundation is poured on a bridge abutment back bridge, and a steel plate with the thickness of 2 cm is additionally arranged on the C30 concrete foundation. Two sets of Bailey piece longitudinal beams are arranged on the basis, each set comprises four trusses, or the number of trusses and the number of layers of the longitudinal beams are calculated and determined according to loads. Double I20 I-shaped steel lifting arms are arranged on the top faces of the longitudinal beams of the bailey beams, finish rolling threaded lifting rods are installed on the lifting arms, I-shaped steel longitudinal beams are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting rods, and the longitudinal beams are welded through double I20 I-shaped steel. I20 cross beams are arranged on the longitudinal beams, battens are arranged on the cross beams, and bamboo plywood bottom dies are arranged on the battens. According to the construction method, the cast-in-place box girder support structure is optimized, the traditional load upper arrangement is changed into load lower arrangement, and the support structure which is clear in stress, simple in structure and lower in load gravity center is provided. The bracket is also beneficial to avoiding common unfavorable geology at the bridge site, urgent river water, higher underground water level, steep terrain on both sides of the bridge site, higher bridge height, construction difficulty and safety risks such as erection of the construction bracket and the like. The method is easy and convenient to install and dismantle, free of foundation treatment and suitable for bridge engineering of the single-span cast-in-place box girder.
本发明公开了一种单跨现浇箱梁下承式现浇支架施工方法。该支架结构按照传力顺序由竹胶板、木方、工字钢横梁、工字钢纵梁、精轧螺纹钢筋吊杆、工字钢吊担、贝雷片纵梁和混凝土基础等组成。具体施工步骤为在桥台背桥上浇筑C30混凝土基础,并在其上加垫2cm厚钢板。在基础上设置贝雷片纵梁两组,每组4榀,或根据荷载计算确定纵梁的榀数和层数。贝雷梁纵梁顶面设置双I20工字钢吊担,吊担上安装精轧螺纹吊杆,在吊杆下端设置工字钢纵梁,纵梁采用双I20工字钢焊接。纵梁上设置I20横梁,横梁上设置木方,木方上设置竹胶板底模。该施工方法优化了现浇箱梁支架结构,将传统的荷载上置改为了荷载下置,提供了一种受力明确、结构简单、荷载重心更低的支架结构。该支架还有利于避开桥位处常见的不良地质、河流水较急、地下水位较高、桥位处两岸地形陡峭、桥梁高度较高、施工支架搭设等施工困难和安全风险。该方法安装、拆除简便,无需进行地基处理,适用于单跨现浇箱梁的桥梁工程。
