The cast-in-place wharf surface layer construction technology comprises the following steps that S1, a pavement layer is cleaned, specifically, the top face of a prefabricated panel is cleaned, loose concrete and other sundries are chiseled away, and the surface of the panel is repeatedly washed with water; s2, measuring and setting out; s3, reinforcing steel bar binding is conducted, specifically, the reinforcing steel bars are cut off when meeting holes and structural joints, bent hooks are arranged, protective layers are reserved, and reinforcing ribs are arranged at the holes according to design requirements; s4, concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, before concrete pouring is conducted, elevation control points need to be arranged, and then parting side formworks are conducted on a pouring section; if the elevation control points are not qualified, the elevation control points continue to be arranged until the elevation control points are qualified through supervision acceptance, and then concrete pouring can be conducted; s5, concrete curing; s6, joint cutting; and S7, acceptance check. According to the method, wearing layer concrete and a cast-in-place surface layer are poured together, and wharf and approach bridge surface layer concrete is mixed by an onshore mixing station and pumped and poured by a trailer pump; and peeling and falling of the wearing layer are prevented.
