The invention discloses a pretreatment construction method for a karst cave filled with flow-state solidified soil, which comprises the following steps: taking a drill hole revealed to the karst cave as a reference hole, arranging a plurality of exploration holes around the reference hole, and exploring the boundary of the karst cave; a plurality of filling holes are drilled downwards from the ground within the boundary range of the karst cave, and the bottom ends of the filling holes communicate with the karst cave; pre-mixed flow state solidified soil is prepared; prepared premixed flow-state solidified soil is poured from the filling hole until the karst cave is filled; and after the grouting construction is finished, the hole opening of the slurry filling hole is blocked. According to the method, the boundary of the large karst cave can be quickly and accurately explored, the method is particularly suitable for large or super-large karst/soil caves, the karst cave is filled with the premixed flow-state solidified soil, a traditional method for treating the karst/soil caves through grouting concrete is replaced, the construction cost is reduced, filling is targeted, and the pretreatment effect is effectively guaranteed.
